Welcome to Watch Repair Tools. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services at www.watchrepairtools.com.au (the “Site”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Interpretation

- “Consumer” has the meaning given by the Australian Consumer Law.
- “Goods” means any products available for purchase on the Site.
- “Services” means any online services provided by Watch Repair Tools.
- “You”, “Your” means the individual or entity accessing or using the Site.
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” means Watch Repair Tools.
2. General
2.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Australia to place orders.
2.2 Acceptance. By using the Site or placing an order, You accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2.3 Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms take effect upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Account. To place orders, You may register for an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality.
3.2 Account Security. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Orders & Acceptance
4.1 Order Placement. All orders are offers to purchase. We may accept or reject your order in our sole discretion.
4.2 Confirmation. We will email you an Order Confirmation once your order is accepted.
4.3 Pricing. Prices listed include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes do not affect orders already accepted.
5. Payment & Billing
5.1 Payment Methods. We accept PayPal, major credit cards, Afterpay, ZipPay, and other payment options displayed at checkout. If you choose to pay via a third‑party provider (e.g. Afterpay, ZipPay), your purchase contract is directly with that provider and not with Watch Repair Tools; we act solely as the merchant and are not responsible for any defaults or disputes under those agreements.
5.2 Payment Timing. Payment is taken at the time of order.
5.3 Authorisation. All payments are subject to validation and authorization by the issuer or payment provider.
6. Delivery & Risk
6.1 Shipping. We ship to Australian addresses only, using carriers outlined on our Shipping Info page.
6.2 Delivery Estimates. Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
6.3 Title & Risk. Risk of loss passes to You upon delivery to the carrier. Title remains with Us until we receive full payment.
7. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
7.1 Australian Consumer Law. Our Goods come with guarantees under the ACL, including that they are of acceptable quality and fit for purpose.
7.2 Change of Mind. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unless required by law.
7.3 Faulty Goods. For defective or damaged Goods, contact us within 7 days of receipt for repair, replacement or refund, per ACL.
7.4 Return Procedure. To request a return, email [email protected] for an RMA and instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Goods are faulty.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and software, is owned or licensed by Us. You may not reproduce or use any content without Our express permission.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We exclude all liability for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability for any claim under or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount You paid for the relevant Goods or Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the NSW courts.
